Top Ten Tips For A Happy Bedtime

  1. Quiet time before bed.
  2. A drink and light snack.
  3. A warm bath (we have special aromatherapy bath products)
  4. A cuddle.
  5. Chat about the good things that have happened today.
  6. Chat about the next day.
  7. A stroy.
  8. A nightlight.
  9. Play some calm music, songs or a story when you leave the room.
  10. Tell your child you love them.
